La Luce is a tranquil complex in Manaba Beach Road, Manaba, offering sweeping sea views from Manaba Beach to the main Margate Beach and is only 300 metres from a swimming beach with lifesavers. Most apartments has spacious lounge, dining and open plan kitchen area offering facilities such as DSTV, linen and bedding, full sea views and many more. Apartments vary from one to three bedrooms, sleeping six persons in a double ensuite bedroom with bath and shower, a second bedroom with two beds and a third with two bunker beds. Some have a second bathroom with shower. Guests have under cover parking and open parking area available in a secured controlled complex. Unsurprisingly 'Manaba' comes from the Zulu meaning 'ease and relaxation'. If you are in Manaba Beach then you're here to swim, sunbathe, fish, kite-surf, paddle, canoe, windsurf, bird watch, play a round or two of golf, and even sight the odd whale. In short, this is a beach holiday destination of note and hence, during peak season, a very popular part of the coast because of the easy access to the larger centres of Port Shepstone and Durban.
